What will You Prefer: 1% of the Best or 100% Good

Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success. - Henry Ford

We have few exceptional individual who have what it takes to make it on their own. But many people remain the same for long because they want to take the glory alone. I am a member of the party who believe in possibility as well believe you are what you think of yourselves. But, I will never be part of the group against the natural law of teamwork. “Unity is strength... when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved” says Mattie Stepanek.

Let’s look at it from another perspective, we all know the American retired professional basketball player, Michael Jordan. According to him "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships." He is gifted and works hard on himself to be good but know quite well that he cannot become what he is today without working in a team. This is applicable to every athlete as well businessmen. No one can build a company with hundreds of employ without a team.

I agreed with John C. Maxwell believe when he says, “Teamwork makes the dream work, but a vision becomes a nightmare when the leader has a big dream and a bad team.” Don’t just be a day dreamer also be a team dreamer. As you but the goals together towards achieving the dream, if the team is omitted in your plan, it is better to forget the vision. Who else can say it better than the Canadian-born American motivational public speaker and self-development author? According to him “Teamwork is so important that it is virtually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities or make the money that you want without becoming very good at it.”
I have many advice to mentor you towards becoming the best, but will not move forward until you master putting together a team or working with one.
