“Someone said a wise man is someone who has job and
is still looking for job, but I said a wise man is someone who has job, and is
planning his/her exit” – Balogun M. Adewale.
Yes, there is
always a need for at least a team to make up a company; we cannot all become an
entrepreneur as claimed. You can be part of such team planning your exit to
become part owner of such business if you cannot go ahead as a start-up to
create the team.
The earth is
created naturally to reproduced and grow, be part of the natural law by
thinking of what you can create, produce, develop etc to be part of the world
development. “The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we stand,
as in what direction we are moving” says Oliver Wendell Holmes. It’s not
whether you are an employee now or not that matters to me, it is where you are
going to end it at last. Are you planning for that?
Why should I
think small when it requires the same energy to think big? You are where and
who you are because of the limitation you place on yourself, it’s not the
reality. The reality is you can be better-off. Think big, dream big, it cost
nothing anyway, but it matters a lot if you sure going to greatly successful.
