You have no business leading if all you could think about is yourself. To lead and be great in doing that, you have to think of giving power to someone out there. While it is not expected you transfer the power invested in you to someone else. You have to think of giving power to your follower via their own expectation.

What World Do Your Friend Represent In Your Life?

If you don’t know before, you need them to make your world. Every soul you meet, bring to your life knowledge, experience, events etc that makes up your world. Just the same way, you make up someone’s world. If you want the best world, remember to be the best in other’s world too. How do you treat your relationship? Leo F. Buscaglia believe “A loving relationship is one in which the loved one is free to be himself, to laugh with me, but never at me; to cry with me, but never because of me; to love life, to love himself, to love being loved. Such a relationship is based upon freedom and can never grow in a jealous heart.”
