“People may fail many times, but they become failure
only when they begin to blame someone else” –

There is one
thing about failure; the more you continue blaming someone else for your
mistakes called failure, achieving success in such an effort is very difficult.
Blaming someone for your mistakes is a sign of mediocrity and failure,
achievers in making will not look for someone to blame when things go wrong and
will not give excuses rather be happy for making an attempt that never yield
result, learn from such mistakes, take it as a challenge and step forward with
new approach to continue working towards the dream.
“A good leader
takes a little more than his share of the blame, a little less than his share
of the credit.” says Arnold H. Glasow; just like a good leader, even if there
is someone to blame, be ready to take more of the share; it is the best way to
get the lesson to take better decision. There is one thing I have come to
realize about trading blame, it’s always for those who only wish, not the visionaries.
Robert Anthony advises “When you blame others, you give up your power to
change.”
Could it be
true that the reason why you are looking for someone to blame is because you
pay too much attention to other peoples judgment? This is according to Wolfgang
Amadeus Mozart who says “I pay no attention whatever to anybody's praise or
blame. I simply follow my own feelings.” In as much you are ready to receive
all the glory when succeed; be ready to take the responsibility for not getting
it right. If you are looking for someone to blame in other to get it right just
look into the mirror. Success is your birth right; you can only have it when you
stop blaming someone else.
