Do You Have a Dream Team?

Two good heads are better than one. An ambitious person will surely have a dream, but in reality, if it’s really a dream, it will be bigger than the dreamer. To make the dream come true, you need other visionary mind ready to share your vision. According to Bang Gae, “Teamwork makes the dream work.”

“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success” says Henry Ford. The world proclaim the dreamer as the achiever but a good dreamer will accept the reality that, his success is not personal but the effort of the team he/she is able to put together. As a dreamer you may have as many skills as possible, the only skill that determines the success of your vision is the ability to put together a dream team to get the job done.

We are all successful one way or another, but if you dream to achieve more than enough, then consider this by Helen Keller “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.” Selfishness is a killer of numerous dream, don’t be a victim, let the dream team be part of your dream. It’s impossible to do it alone, believe me. Let me borrow this from Bill Bethel to convince you “A successful team is a group of many hands and one mind.” Do you believe that?
